Patiently waiting...

I am patiently waiting for Baby Landon to make his arrival!

Our church is going thru the New Testament of the Bible right now and as I was reading, I was reminded that the Lord will come back like a thief in the night. I kind of feel like that with Landon. I do not know the exact hour or day, but I know he is coming soon! I feel like I am prepared as prepared can be for him to arrive.

No one knows when the Lord Jesus Christ will return, as I am prepared for Landon, I am fully prepared for his return as I know because of my faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. I believe that he died on the cross for us. For our sins. That he rose again, for us. One day he is coming back.

Anyways, I have tried my best to have Joc take random pictures of me pregnant with Landon. I am so not a photogenic person...but I think the baby bump is pretty cute!

Already a month in...

We have had a busy school year so far! We have been in session for about a month and a half and have made quiet a bit of progress! Do not get me wrong, some days my patience is stretched thin, but I wouldn't trade our days together for anything. We will see how things go when Landon comes. I do not anticipate much of a change, but we shall see!

The girls are getting a true test of what homework is (assigned outside the home). Joc and Kate both came home from co-op with quiet a bit to do. They also are in a Bible class at church on Monday afternoons and have quiet a bit of homework from there.

Along with co-op and Bible class...cooking and Art start back up this week and next...fun times!

Here are a few pics from the last few weeks!

Easton learning about Pawnee families

State Fair 2015!

I had been looking forward to, yet dreading this years state fair. The kids had a countdown going since last years ended...but when I found out how far along I would be with Baby Landon, I knew it would a rough task for me to take them. I took one for the team however...we didn't make it to everything, but all and all we had a good time and the countdown has begun for next year! If you live in Nebraska I would highly recommend going to it. Plan a full day though, there is a lot to see! There are usually discounted admission days and for the past few years you can get in free before noon on the first Friday it is open.

Here are a few highlights from our three trips to the fair!
